My Golden's are from a line that has been in our family for 18 years now.
(Golden Run & now OPK's ) I take great pride in raising and breeding the
healthiest, happiest Golden's that are of show quality, at an affordable
price for a great family pet!! There is nothing like a golden, and everyone
should be able to experience the love and companionship that I have with my
dogs everyday!!
Before breeding I research; sometimes spending big bucks for what I feel is
the perfect “bitch” for my male, that means, raising her for two years,
making sure she has good confirmation and a great temperament. At that point
my female is OFA certified for her hips and heart and Cerf. certified for
her eyes. All of my males and females at the age of 2 are OFA certified for
their hips and hearts and Cerf. certified for their eyes.
My whole mission behind spending all this time and money finding the perfect
pair is to produce healthy, happy puppies that are of show quality and very
lovable for the average family wanting a pet at a reasonable price. You
don’t have to spend a ton of money to get a great pet.
We have worked very hard forming our line. Our dogs come from champion
bloodlines, however we don't show dogs ourselves, so our line that we own
doesn’t have any championship titles. But that doesn’t mean that they aren’t
champions in my book. Niko, is and offspring of my Ralphy and Maggie Sue, he
is one of the best dogs I have ever owned. He has great confirmation, a
beautiful square head, a beautiful blonde coat; and is very intelligent.
Niko is so calm and great with my kids and my other pets, I wouldn’t have it
any other way.
We keep all 5 of our goldens in our home with us, the only time they go to
the kennel is during breeding time, and that is to keep peace amongst our
boys!! They don't like to share!
Our wonderful Line consists of Golden Run Ralph, Golden Run Maggie Sue,
OPK's Niko, Miss Hailee The Golden Diva, OPK's The Dog Father Don Vito, and
My new Little girl that isn't born yet. Each and everyone of them have the
best temperaments, very calm and laid back!
We take GREAT PRIDE in producing healthy puppies, so we offer a 2 year
health guarantee on every puppy purchased on a limited or full registration.
We can stand behind each pup because we have had this line for so long, that
we know exactly what the health history is of them.
